Self-care after the baby.

It is always beautiful to see that little one your arms. Finally all your dreams and prayers have come true and that moment is always special for a mom and the baby. Then the journey starts, caring for your the baby as well as you it sometimes hectic. As the little one is very fragile and needs all the attention possible. Most times some women totally neglect them selves and resulting in poor self care. I believe that a healthy mum can make healthy and happy baby. Your self care after the baby should be of importance to the you. Know that you need to recover from the 9months journey. You have to sleep well, excercse, eat well, surround yourself with positive people, do post natal check ups to sure all are in order and functioning well. Now getting your tummy back or your body back is another journey on its own . That can be possible if you put much concentration on your ;

Food: What you eat after your baby can go a along wayto impact your postpartum body recovery. Eats lots of greens, fruits, whole seeds bread, no sugar, no white bread, lean meat, fish, chicken, seeds, nuts und drink lots of water. I was recommended that you don’t eat late when you are in these moments.

Excercise : You have to keep the body moving, you need to do some tummy strengthening exercises to heal your Diastasis Recti. I recommended you go for atleast 45min day as that help to loose baby fat, strengthen your core, also improves your mood as sometimes it get so stressful with new borns.
